2. What we collect

The form collects the property address, your name, email address, phone number and intended selling timeline. It may also record language, landing page and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or GCLID. The address and your contact details are not sent to analytics platforms.

3. Address suggestions

When you use Google address suggestions, the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to return matches and standardize the selected address. You can choose manual entry to avoid this processing. The address is never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

4. Why we use it

Information is used to confirm the property, prepare the evaluation and market report, contact you about this request, prevent fraudulent submissions and measure overall site performance. The request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

5. Retention and access

Requests are retained only for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, complete follow-up and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to process the request. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the data.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, storage, email, automation or relationship-management providers may process information on our behalf. Information is not sold. If a provider processes data outside Quebec, required safeguards will be assessed before that transfer is enabled.

7. Measurement and cookies

The site works without advertising cookies. If optional Google Ads or tag-manager measurement is enabled, it loads only after you allow it. Form fields are never sent to measurement tools; events contain only non-directly identifying technical, campaign and qualification data.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Changes
